Rental Equipment FAQ

Heavy machinery can be rented on a weekly, monthly or seasonal basis. Ask about discounts when you rent multiple pieces of equipment!

Payments can be made through our safe & secure website. You can also call our Morrisville, PA office for credit card payments over the phone. We accept all major credit cards.

Yes. We will deliver (and pickup) the heavy machine equipment to your job site or location. Delivery is free within 100 miles of Morrisville, PA; additional cost is added outside of this area.

We do not offer the option for you to pick up or return the equipment.

Daily: 8 hours

Weekly: 40 hours

Monthly: 160 hours

Seasonally: 350 hours.

Once you exceed the allotted number of hours an additional hourly fee will be added to your invoice.

Yes. Over the 5-month seasonal rental you will be billed equal payments every 30 days.

We account for normal wear & tear, but you are responsible for all repairs prior to returning the heavy equipment machinery. The renter is responsible for glass damage, rips, scratches, dents and cracks. You will also need to cover the cost of your own labor, materials and parts.

The cost of your rental includes 1 full tank of gas. When we arrive to pick up the machinery the tank should be full otherwise an additional charge will be added to your bill.

Both the inside and outside of the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned including topping off fluids, greasing & other general maintenance. An additional fee will be charged if we deem the equipment dirty.
